spa party in bayarea california?
For a party with my two best friends and of course my mother i was thinking of going to a nice hotel in sf, i live in the bay area and i was wondering if any one has good suggestions of good, not too expensive ($100-$200 a night.) also some resonably priced spas/salons near the hotel. i would like the hotel to have a pool and a hot tub. i have looked up places but i am not that good at finding information. Plus maybe some recipes for facials and face scrubs and stuff like that would be much appreciated. btw we are 13 yearsold. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Wow lucky you!! I’m also a bay area resident. Keep in mind that SF isn’t the only place to stay at. Napa Valley is really nice and has spas and hotels and might be more relaxing! But in SF, the ST. Regis is really nice!

(it’s cold, boring, hippies are every where, and the water SUCKS!) We want to move to Az
for many reasons one is that his job would re locate him there no problem, it’s literally
1/8 the price (home wise) and we both love hot weather (I’m
always cold) BUT a few things I’m worried about are: Poisonous creatures, and
illegals.
Where we come from illegals are everywhere and they have made
a HORRIBLE mess of our area (just look up
Watsonville, ca) bath tubs on roofs, gangs,
drugs, over populated homes bringing down the value of our
area! I do not want to move somewhere where it’s going to be like that
again! We have decided we like the area of Surprise
since it seems to be more suberbian but near the city and nicer parts of Az, with
housing prices in our range, and is growing which seems like a great opportunity for
us (not to mention this new law about immigration)
We have not yet visited (obviously we won’t move until we do
visit there!) I would like some locals opinions on that area, or just Az in general
it seems like a smaller state that is expanding and hopefully in a good way! I have also
heard that AZ is marked at either 6th or 5th most dangerous states so I’m a bit confused!…

I take issue with the other answerer. In live in the west valley, which is where Surprise is. The communities of Surprise, Goodyear and Buckeye are nice. I live in Buckeye and love it here. In case the other answerer did not know it, Buckeye contains the community of Verrado which is very similar to Scottsdale. Checkout zip code 85326 and see for yourself.
The other side of the valley by Chandler, Tempe and Scottsdale is also nice. In fact most of the suburbs and towns outside central Phoenix are pretty good.
The center of Phoenix itself is a s***hole. It’s old, crowded and borders on ghetto. One of the worst places in Phoenix is Maryvale. DON’T live there.
As far as AZ being dangerous I really wouldn’t be too concerned about that. So much of the crime stats are centered upon illegal immigrant activity. For example the kidnapping numbers are high because the Coyotes who bring over a truckload of aliens hold them for additional ransom money. When the coyote is arrested he may be charged with 30 counts of kidnapping. Thus the numbers are skewed. If you are just a regular American couple doing your daily business you will not become involved in this numbers game.

I’ve been sexual assaulted twice the second time(its been 6 years) it was when i was the only girl on an school outing on a Saturday i was entering the 9th grade (yes i know only girl stupid choice) it was a bunch of my guy friends 5-6 of them among them was my boyfriend of 2 years who was going into 12th grade building a Challenge course at a local school this was facilitate by a school teacher. we start in the early morning at the school and the plain is to get everything done then go to the lake to cool off then dinner at the teachers house and his pool. it about mid day drinking out of a community cooler i start getting dizzy i don’t remember anything after that up to the point of it being about mid afternoon 4-5 pm and I’m in the lake and all the guys are around laughing at me I’m in fount of my boyfriend his hand is around my wast his other arm is encompassing my neck not strangling me but just enough that i can get from his grasp the memories get sketchy from there i remember being touched on my breast and then my vaginal area he touches me on the inside this goes on for a while he’s kissing me and touching me all the other just standing around watching i did tell him no on several times and try to get away but he just pulls me back and i tell him to let me go i don’t know why i didn’t fight more the whole day was a haze from there i know we end up at the teachers house and at his pool and hot tub its still happening no one dose anything to help even the teacher just watches as far as i remember there was no intercourse but there is such a big gap and other bits and pieces that i don’t remember i know people say well if you were raped you would know it but i don’t remember how i felt after that it been so long. i have tried to move on but apparently when i finally started dating again 2 months ago and being in a serious relationship with my current boyfriend i started to have issues again to the extreme flashbacks, panic attacks self mutilation. i told him about it i wanted our relationship to last and it was something he needed he’s being wonderful about it ever since we started dating i cant get rid of the consistence thoughts/flashbacks and having panic attacks and I’ve been so jumpy early in our relationship we had talked about sex and had decided to try and see what happens (OK big mistake) it was horrible i felt as if i was going to throw up physically sick just the way he was rubbing my stomach i think started it i was in a flashback the whole time it wasn’t him having sex with me (it that makes since)after he knew something was wrong i couldn’t talk at all to him my lips wouldn’t move my whole body shaking after i started settling down he asked me if i wanted to talk and i said that no i would be fine every time he wants to talk it will send me in to a flashback in lie awake at night because i cant sleep.
