My perfect weekend would start off with me having a long
lie in on the saturday morning. Then i would take a plane to London and have my breakfast ata nice cafe in Covent Garden there. I would then go shopping in Oxford street and buy lots of clothes
from all my favourite shops and Mac Makeup from Harrods. I would have as much money as id like. I would then go
to one of the fashion shows in London Fashion Week and sit front row with all the celebs and sit next to Anna
Wintour. After the show i would go to a alist party and hopefully meet Ash Stymest there. After that i
would then go to a 6 star hotel and stay the night. I would then have a long lie in again and go
to for aspaday in london on the sunday. On the sunday night i would take the plane
home back to Glasgow and get ready for school the next day. This is my perfect weekend. (
sorry its so long its this thing for school :) ) x

lendemain. Ceci est mon week-end parfait.

Why would Spa Busness Owners and Staff be synical to others trying to
better themselves?
" I know..the economy is hurting right now.. and mabe this is not the
right or perfect time to go back to school for certain occupations.. But.. I and other hope things will
pick up and improve. I contacted this Spa.. actually 12.. one only replied back.. asking about the field
with the economy.. and was told its hard .. because no one want to hire new grads? Well she and others were all
new graduates at one time. As an Esthetician in WI.. unlike.. Cosmetology... we can work with our license
on our own if we want. The spas expect you to do the leg work.. bring in all the busness then when your ready to
leave .. you can't take with you the busness you brought in? How is that fair.. when an Esthetician.. is
a Professional with a lisense who can work from home no over head.. bringing in all the
clients.. Also.. if busness was bad or that slow.. how can the Spas afford to pay their employees then.. and why
aren't they shutting down. As an esthetician.. you can contract yourself out to Theatres..Opera house.. that is
more money.. If your brave.. enough to go into high end dancing establishments and escort services that is even
more money.. they need these services for their busness and looks.. they make thousands aday. I
don't know.. why these Spas are so.. caddy.. acting like we Estheticians that are recent graduates can't get
clients alone...when the spa requests we do this for them.. Also.. these Spas cant supply hours.. and yet
make you sign a clause to not work at another? When you have to pay your rent? It all depends ..
on how persistant and what a go getter you are. You can sell yourself and services. Also.. products and
baskets.. spa parties for kids..teens adults.. etc. Bridal Parties.. ideas are endless.. Should I not...
let this experience with this email that was negative to get me down? If ... I were a cosmetologist
here.. I would have no choice but to work under a spas license for two years before .. I could go it
alone.. but .. I am not... and don't. Cheer Me On Friends.. I need the encouragement. Thanks

How to make the perfect spa day?
My sister is really sad and I want to cheer her up so i figured we'd have a spa day! I
have recipes for frozen drinks, but i'm not sure what we should do. Any ideas?
The Sage answers:
Face masks deffinitley :) And a good exfoliator for legs and feet - stick your feet in
a bowl and soak them in warm soapy water for a while. Also, some body lotions are always nice !
Lots of chocolate and cakes and yummy things are a must too.
Plus some chilling music and some incense :)
Hope this helps ! X
Lizzie asks…
How do I have the perfect spa day?
Ok I am only 11 so i can't afford a day at the spa.But I want to have a spa day in my
bedroom.I have some stuff like salty margarita foot scrub but that's it. Can anyone help
me.
The Sage answers:
Have mini home made one:
A good one for skin, is by mixing together salt and honey, its moisturising for skin yet the salt exfoliates it
making it look really soft, plus removes dead skin cells. Makes your skin look gorgusss!!!
:)
You can also paint your nails, a mini manicure then put on some hand
lotion.
Mark asks…
how to have the perfect spa day with your mom?
my mom and i are planing to have a spa day tomorrow so i need the perfect schedule for
me and my mom.We are on a budget so not to expensive plz!! Thanks
The Sage answers:
My friend and I like to get our spa day started early in the morning. Some places will
offer package deals that include a manicure/pedicure, facial and massage. If you can't afford a complete
package, then maybe just go with the pedicure and facial and do the manicure's yourself at home. Give them to
each other. Then a nice light lunch and maybe even catch an early movie.
Spa days are fun and great! Enjoy.
Daniel asks…
What would be your perfect spa day?
Cost is not a problem.
The Sage answers:
A massage, a chocolate facial, laser hair removal, a cucumber peel over the eyes, a
wax job, pedicure and manicure, having a book to read while I am lying in the mud bath or listening to a
i-pod.

The Perfect Spa Day for the Holidays? *Girls only*?
I was thinking my best friend and I could go shopping at Bath & Body Works and get
some stuff then get a haircut and mani-peti's. Does this sound fun? It's just something we could do. Or would
it be better and cheaper for me to go buy stuff and paint each others nails, but the downside to that is that
we don't get a haircut.
The Sage answers:
That sounds like so much fun!!! I would go for the more expensive option :) That's
just me but both will definetly be a lot of fun!! Great Idea! Maybe don't go to a really nice salon but still
a nice one that will do a good job. Or you could have some fun and cut eachothers hair with some online
instructions, haha I would never trust my friends though.

For most of the
year, relaxation really isn't an option. Instead, we must spend most of our time juggling work and family life. To
help you relax and unwind, you might want to pamper yourself by booking a day at a spa. However, to ensure your day
of relaxation doesn't turn into a day of stress, you will need to plan ahead and this article can help you do
exactly that.
When planning your day out, be sure to do some research ahead of time. Different spas will offer different kinds of
treatments and activities for you to do. Be sure to find a location that offers all of the things you wish to
do.
Most spas will offer treatments including mud baths and massage therapy. However, the types of massages and baths
at each location will vary. Some may also offer special meal plans to help you feel better from the inside out.
If you're trying to improve your skin, you should find a club that offers a wide range of facials and peels for the
entire body. Look for glycolic acid treatments, since these help even out skin tone and improve cell turnover. They
may also help get rid of acne.
Some clubs offer activities for you to do during the day and night. These may include special diving trips or
sight-seeing trips. There may also be group activities. If you enjoy these types of activities, look for clubs that
offer them all year round.
Pampering yourself can get expensive. Be sure to scope out any deals you can find. During certain times of the
year, many clubs will have special rates for newcomers. They may also have discounts for people who pay to have
several treatments upfront. There may even be a deal where you save money by bringing a friend with you.
Your spa day should help you relax and feel better than ever. Remember to do your research and plan ahead to get
your money's worth.
Have a look at the video footage below, if that doesn't tempt you then
nothing will.
